ABOUT
Mercy Housing California is working in conjunction with the County of San Mateo to develop a three-acre site in the North Fair Oaks community (2700 Middlefield Road, Redwood City, CA 94063).

Middlefield Junction will be a 100% affordable housing community and will include 179 apartments, a childcare center, and a public community space. The development will address the need for affordable housing for San Mateo County families and provide much-needed amenities serving residents and the surrounding community.

STAFFING

Mercy Housing Management Group (MHMG) will be the Property Management agent for Middlefield Junction.

Mercy Housing will provide Resident Services for future tenants.

Property Management and Resident Services staffing ratios will be determined as plans are further developed.
COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT

Mercy Housing continues to incorporate the local community into the development process through a variety of means, including input from neighbors, neighborhood associations, and local leaders, as well as written and electronic communications. Mercy Housing solicits community input through virtual meetings, email, regular mail, and the contact form on the Middlefield Junction website.
